Renewables – FVE & BESS
We develop renewable energy projects including solar (FVE), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and green hydrogen initiatives across the EU. This division focuses on building reliable, sustainable energy infrastructure that supports grid stability and long-term decarbonization.

Gannet Marine – Shipbuilding

a long history in the green energy segment
The founders of Eclipse Energy Systems have a long history in green and renewables energy.
Over 12 years, the team built and scaled a successful hydrogen business in the United States, spanning production, logistics, and refuelling infrastructure.
They pioneered private liquid hydrogen production and transport, including a 10 tonnes/day production plant and active hydrogen refuelling operations.
The business ultimately merged into Plug Power, marking a successful industrial and investment exit.
